Setting Program Dial

Use the Program dial function to register frequently-used FAX numbers and operating
sequences. Thereafter, you may select the remote station or designate a sequence of operations
by pressing the Program key (in the abbreviated dialing list).
You may define FAX numbers only as Program dial operations.
DETAILS
Up to 40 FAX numbers and/or operating sequences, numbered 01 to 40, can be regis-
tered as Program dials.
The Program dial operations can be saved with program names.
The procedures for setting remote stations, FAX functions and program names as Program dial
are described below.

Setting Remote Stations and FAX Functions as Program Dial

Contents which can be registered
• Remote station:
Telephone number, abbreviated dial number, group dial, Internet Fax
The FAX number that can be entered from the key pad can be up to 38 digits.
• Functions in FAX Basic screen:
Functions in ORIGINAL MODE, Resolution, Quality, Density and Verification Stamp
• Functions in FAX application menu:
Memory Tx, 2 in 1 Tx, Book Tx, Frame erase Tx, Total page set, Mixed original, Folded
original, Long original, Flip Side 2, Polling Rx, Timer Tx, Int'l com, ID Tx, ECM off, V34
OFF, Confiden. Tx, Bulletin, Relay Tx Req

screen if it is not already displayed.
