Adaptive Recovery Configuration
Adaptive Recovery Configuration (ARC) minimises the need for heating or cooling
when the program setting was changed and you want to reach a new temperature level.
ARC is activated when the program setting has been changed, the comfort mode is to begin, and
the room temperature is to be reached.
Therefore, the ARC is only activated in the heating mode if the current set temperature is lower
than the upcoming set temperature of the program. In the cooling mode, the ARC is only activated
if the current set temperature is higher than the upcoming temperature.
The ARC changes the room temperature gradually using the heating or cooling systems. The set
temperature begins to change to the upcoming temperature of the comfort mode timely in advance
of the scheduled time of the next program.
The time when the ARC is switched on depends on the difference between the current room tem-
perature and the set temperature of the upcoming comfort program. The greater the difference,
the sooner the ARC turns on. The minimum time is 10 minutes, the maximum time is 50 minutes.
