This commercial dishwasher is
exceptionally economical in is use of
water and electricity. You can make the
most of your machine by following
these tips:
 You may connect the commercial
dishwasher to a hot water line. This is
particularly suitable with energy-
saving water heating sources such as
solar energy systems. If the hot water
system is electrically heated and if
loads comprise primarily glassware
we recommend connecting the
appliance to the cold water line.
 For most economical dishwashing,
make full use of the baskets without
overloading the dishwasher.
 Choose a program that best suits the
degree of soiling and the type of
dishes being washed.
 Use the Normal program for energy
saving dishwashing. From the aspect
of combined energy and water
consumption, this program is the
most efficient for washing normally
soiled dishes.
 Observe the detergent
manufacturer's recommendations for
detergent dosage.

 When using powder detergent, you
can reduce the amount by 1/3 of the
normal dosage if the baskets are only
half full.
