General problems with the commercial dishwasher
Problem
The indicator lights and
the display are dark.
Only the "Start/Stop"
indicator flashes slowly.
The following fault
message appears in the
display:
Salt container lid
The following fault
message appears in the
display during a
program:
Spray arm blocked
Detergent residue is left
in the dispenser at the
end of a program.
The detergent
dispenser lid cannot be
closed.
The inside of the door
and/or the interior walls
are wet after a program
has finished.
Possible cause and remedy
The indicators and the display turn off automatically
to save energy (Standby mode).
Press the button. This turns the Standby mode
off.
The salt reservoir lid has not been closed properly.
Close the salt reservoir lid.
If the salt reservoir lid has opened during a program:
Turn the commercial dishwasher off and then on
again with the button.
Start the program again.
The middle spray arm is blocked by dishware.
Open the commercial dishwasher door and
rearrange items blocking the spray arms.
The spray arm jets of the middle arm are blocked.
Turn the commercial dishwasher off with the
button.
Then:
Clean the spray arm (see "Cleaning and care").
The dispenser was still damp when detergent was
added.
Make sure the dispenser is dry before adding
detergent.
Detergent residue is blocking the latch.
Remove the detergent residue.
This is not a fault.
It is caused by the drying system.
The moisture will dissipate after a short while.
