Before Requesting Service
PROBLEM
Oven will not turn on.
Oven will not start cooking.
"
" appears in the display
window.
Only "U14" appears in the
display window.
"H97" or "H98" or "H00"
appears in the display
window.
"Demo" appears in the
display window.
The "
" appears in the
Display Window.
"COOL" appears in the
display window.
Demonstration mode is designed for retail store display. Cooking and other functions will not operate during the
demonstration mode. If it seems there is a problem with the oven, contact an authorized Service Centre.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
The oven is not plugged in securely.
Circuit Breaker or fuse is tripped or
blown.
There is a problem with the outlet.
The door is not closed completely.
Start pad was not pressed after
programming.
Another program has already been
entered into the oven.
The program has not been entered
correctly.
Stop/Reset pad has been pressed
accidentally.
The cavity is overheated.
The water tank is empty.
This display indicates a problem with
the microwave generation system.
The oven is under demonstration
mode.
The Child Lock was activated by
pressing Start pad 3 times.
The fan is operating to cool the
electric components.

REMEDY
Remove plug from outlet, wait 10 seconds
and re-insert.
Reset circuit breaker or replace fuse.
Plug another appliance into the outlet to
check if the outlet is working.
Close the oven door securely.
Press Start pad.
Press Stop/Reset pad to cancel the
previous program and program again.
Program again according to the Operating
Instructions.
Program oven again.
Operate again after it cools down.
Full it with water and press Stop/Reset
to reset.
Contact the authorised service centre.
Press Micro Power pad once, then press
Start pad 4 times and Stop/Reset pad 4
times.
Deactivate Lock by pressing Stop/Reset
pad 3 times.
The word "COOL" will disappear after
the fan stops.
