In this mode, the Ps1 control-valve inside the 6600 that is used to change the pressure at the
Ps1 output is pneumatically isolated from the Ps1 output. In the Measure mode, the Ps1
"Target" value is meaningless, since the 6600 is not trying to achieve any specific target value.
The Leak mode is pneumatically identical to the Measure mode. When either Pt,Ps1 or Ps2
outputs is in Leak mode, the screen changes from the Main Operating screen to the Leak
screen. The Leak screen is detailed in section 3.3.
When the Ps1 output is in the Control mode the 6600 is actually attempting to achieve the Ps1
"Target" value. The Ps1 control-valve inside the 6600 is now connected to the Ps1 output and
is actually increasing or decreasing the pressure to achieve and maintain the "Target" value.
The sample screen below shows the Ps1 mode as Measure ("M"). For an explanation of how
to change the Static mode between Measure, Leak and Control, please refer to section 3.2.4.

Parameter 15. Ps2 Mode: This parameter is accessible only in the 3-output format. The Ps2
output can be in one of three modes –
Measure ("M"),
In the Measure mode, the pressure at the Ps2 output is simply being measured and displayed
as the "Actual" value in the current Ps2 units. The pressure is not being changed by the 6600.
In this mode, the Ps2 control-valve inside the 6600 that is used to change the pressure at the
Ps2 output is pneumatically isolated from the Ps2 output. In the Measure mode, the Ps2
"Target" value is meaningless, since the 6600 is not trying to achieve any specific target value.
The Leak mode is pneumatically identical to the Measure mode. When either Pt,Ps2 or Ps2
outputs is in Leak mode, the screen changes from the Main Operating screen to the Leak
screen. The Leak screen is detailed in section 3.3.
When the Ps2 output is in the Control mode the 6600 is actually attempting to achieve the Ps2
"Target" value. The Ps2 control-valve inside the 6600 is now connected to the Ps2 output and
is actually increasing or decreasing the pressure to achieve and maintain the "Target" value.
The sample screen below shows the Ps2 mode as Measure ("M"). For an explanation of how
to change the Static mode between Measure, Leak and Control, please refer to section 3.2.4.
