2.5 Disk Unit (DU)
A unit in which internal storage is installed
Features

•Up to two units can be installed in a cabinet.
•Up to four 2.5-inch internal hard disk drives (HDDs) or
internal solid state drives (SAS-SSDs) can be installed
in a unit.
•In RAID configurations, hot replacements can be performed for internal HDDs
and SAS-SSDs (excluding RAID0 and
non-mirror configurations).
•RAID0, RAID1, RAID1E, RAID5, RAID6, and
RAID10 are supported.
•A hot spare disk is supported.
•Up to two RAID cards can be installed
in a unit.
