Ⅰ ﹕ Window and key-press instruction
1,4 Display windows：
A: upper Display window: racetrack and program chart
B: left Display window: speed and program data
C: right Display window: Pulse and Incline data.
D: middle Display window: Time and Distance, Calories
When the console showing the data that the LED light will shine
2, function key
A: "program" key：when the machine stops, press the "program" key can enter the circle choosing program:
manual mode P0->P01->P02->P03->P04->P05->P06->P07->P08->P09->P10->P11->P12
-> test body fat 。
B: mode: 1. Under it running, press the "mode" key can enter the cycle choosing distance－time－calorie－
scan in 6 seconds; 2. Under it stopping, it is a setting mode key: during the P0 program, cycle choose the time
