If the phone is intended to restrict certain calling patterns, then it must be
programmed to tell it specifically which calls to allow.

Enter the # key, followed by a two-digit location code (#71-#89), followed by
the allowed calling pattern. The * (Asterisk) symbol is defined as a wildcard. A
