Enroll – connect Z-Wave devices to a solution.
Unenroll – disconnect Z-Wave devices from
a solution.
Programming Code (PC) – six-digit code use
for programming.
User Code (UC) – four digit code used to lock
or unlock.
Web Interface – the program used on your phone or
computer to control a solution.
Z-Wave – a next-generation mesh wireless network
that lets all your home electronics talk to each other.
Cause
The lock is not air tight externally
or rain/water is reaching the lock
internally.
The screws are over tightened
Solution
at Lock
This lock may be permanently
damaged, but removing the lock
from the door and leaving it to
dry for 24 hours may restore it
to normal functionality. Please
check the installation, the
weather seal must be correctly
installed. Ensure that the
seal does not have gaps on a
textured surface of the door or
from a foreign object. The lock
is not weather tight internally
and is not suitable for use where
water or condensation can reach
it from the inside.
Loosen the screws slightly, in
particular if the bottom screw is
too tight it can put unnecessary
pressure on the lock.
