Remedy
Press this key on the PPU to cancel the alarm, and the program will continue.
You can also press this key on the MCP to cancel the alarm.
Note: The program execution is also reset in this case.

Specific milling alarms

4.2.1

Alarm 700019

Alarm description
This alarm appears because the coolant level in the machine is lower than the minimum set value. It may cause mechanical
damage if no remedies are taken in time.
PLC information
PLC address: DB1600.DBX2.3
Subroutine: COOLING (SBR 44)
Remedy
● Check whether the coolant level is too low and add coolant in time.
● Check the interface X102 on the back of the PPU for the following:
Whether the connection of pin 6 is loose/broken
Whether pin 10 is connected properly to 0 V
4.2.2

Alarm 700020

Alarm description
The motor of the lubricating system is overloaded. The lubricant function cannot be used normally, and the control system
issues an alarm.
PLC information
PLC address: DB1600.DBX2.4
Subroutine: LUBRICAT (SBR 45)
Remedy
● Check whether the overload protection switch of the lubricating motor works.
● Check the relevant interfaces on the back of the PPU for the following:
Whether the input terminals are damaged/loose
Whether pin 10 is connected to 0 V properly
