Call Supervision

Call Supervision
Supervised Loop operation supervises a transferred CO line call. The call may be an
incoming call or a call originated at the console. The Supervised Loop is assigned in
system programming.
To supervise a call
1. While on a call,
select the Conf/
Trns button.
2. Enter the number to
dial or dial by name
using the directory.
3. Select Supervise.
4. After the destination
party answers, select
the Transfer soft key.
To monitor a supervised call
1. Highlight the
supervised call in the
Loop box.
2. To place the parties
back on a supervisory
loop, select the Sup
Hold soft key.

The Conference/Transfer dialog box displays.
The Conference/Transfer dialog box provides an entry
for dialing.
You are connected to both parties in a three-way
conference. System programming may insert a
warning tone that all parties hear.
