Answer Prompts
4. Highlight the Line or
DNIS name in the left
box to be linked with
a prompt.
5. In the right box,
highlight the prompt
to be linked.
6. Repeat to create as
many links as
required.
7. Select the OK button
when done.
To remove Answer Prompt links
1. From the Menu Bar,
select Setup, Settings,
OK.
2. From the System
Settings dialog box,
select Answer
Prompt.
3. Select the Prompts
button.
4. Select the prompt to
be deleted.
5. Select the Delete
button on the bottom
right of the dialog
box.

If a prompt is already linked to that line or number, it
will highlight.
The highlighted CO Line or DNIS number is linked to
the selected prompt.
Whenever that line (or DNIS) number receives a new
incoming call, the appropriate prompt displays in the
center of the console's main screen.
