Always use oven mitts to prevent the risk of burns.
CAUTION: The 8-IN-1 Grill Station is hot during operation and retains heat for some time after
unplugging. Always use oven mitts when placing foods onto the hot grill.
Do not place anything on top of the 8-IN-1 Grill Station while it is operating or while it is hot.
WARNING! ALWAYS UNPLUG UNIT WHEN COOKING IS FINISHED. OTHERWISE, THE 8-IN-1
GRILL STATION WILL CONTINUE TO HEAT UNTIL UNIT IS UNPLUGGED.
Bruschetta For All
Simple to prepare. Fun to eat. Toppings limited only by your imagination! Try our Grilled Pesto
Veggies (recipe follows), tomato basil tapenade, gooey cheeses, dried figs and goat cheese,
grilled shrimp with chive mayo, olive tapenade, thinly sliced grilled steak with horseradish
spread. Provide guests with baskets of perfectly toasted bruschetta and 2 or 3 topping choices
— let the party begin!
1 baguette French bread or similar Italian bread
extra virgin olive oil

Install 2 reversible grill/griddle plates; grill cookside up.
2. Preheat the 8-IN-1 Grill Station to 425ºF
3. Slice the baguette on a diagonal, making equal 1/2" to 1" slices.
4. Use a pastry brush to coat the topsides of the bread with olive oil.
5. When the blue READY light illuminates, lift the lid and use a heat-proof brush to lightly coat
the upper and lower cooking plates with vegetable oil.
IMPORTANT: Do not use non-stick sprays as they can cause build-up on the cooking plates.
Use vegetable or olive oil instead.
6. Arrange bread slices on preheated grill plates. Lower lid and grill for 2 to 3 minutes until
lightly browned around the edges.

Present in a napkin-lined bread basket with bowls of your favorite toppings.
Grilled Pesto Veggies
1/2 zucchini, sliced into 1/4" rounds
1/2 onion, sliced thin
4 oz. sliced, washed white mushrooms
3 tablespoons basil pesto
1 tablespoon olive oil

2. Preheat the 8-IN-1 Grill Station to 425ºF
3. Place sliced veggies in a zipper lock storage bag with olive oil and basil pesto. Massage the
bag to coat vegetables.
4. When the blue READY light illuminates, lift the lid, place mushroom, zucchini, onion slices
onto the grill and close lid. Grill for 5 to 7 minutes grill lines are visible and zucchini is soft,
but not mushy.
