1. Introduction

Dear customer,
We congratulate you on purchasing a product from the house of MALi Racing.
All our products are carefully checked for completeness and functioning so as to make sure that each product is
free ofmanufacturing and material defects. The product is EMC-tested and meets the requirements of the appli-
cable European and national guidelines.
Due to ongoing development and enhancement of our products, we reserve the right to make technical changes
and changes in the equipment and design without prior notice. Claims arising from minor variations of the existing
product to the data and illustrations in this manual cannot be invoked.
Handling the product responsibly is for your own safety as well as the safety of others not involved.
To do so, comply with the safety instructions in these instructions.
Warranty/Guarantee terms and conditions
The user's manual is a fundamental component of the product, since non-compliance with this information during
handling and operation and disregard of the safety instructions will void the warranty/guarantee.
Therefore, keep the operating instructions carefully, even in case of transfer of the product to third party.
The warranty lasts 24 months for users. Unless otherwise provided by law, the warranty/guarantee is limited to
repairs not exceeding the purchase price, replacement of the product by an equivalent or refund of the purchase
price.
Enforcement of other claims that may vary from country to country is possible.
The term of the warranty/guarantee is unaffected by the repair or replacement of parts.
We reserve the use of reconditioned or new parts.
Services and repairs after the expiry of the warranty/guarantee period are generally charged.

Manufacturing and material defects and errors during normal use are covered under
the warranty/guarantee. We assume no liability for consequential damages!
The warranty/guarantee does not cover:
Damage caused by failure to follow the safety instructions or the operating instructions,
acts of God, improper handling,
abnormal usage or external influences,
unauthorised modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorised agencies.
Damage caused by loss of control over the model.
Lightning or other incidence of high voltage or current
Parts subject to wear and normal wear and tear
Visual impairments
Transportation, shipping or insurance costs
Costs of proper disposal of the product and set-up service adjustment and re-installation.
Declaration of Conformity
The manufacturer hereby declares, that this product is in compliance with the essential requirements and other re-
levant provisions of Directive 1999/5/EC. The declaration of conformity can be requested from the manufacturer.
