Alarm Trip Error Cause of Problem
Lock
X Signal on terminal 53 or 60 is less than 50% of value set in
6-10 Terminal 53 Low Voltage, 6-12 Terminal 53 Low Currentand
6-22 Terminal 54 Low Current.
X X Missing phase on the supply side, or a voltage imbalance that is
too high. Check supply voltage.
X Intermediate circuit voltage exceeds the limit.
X Intermediate circuit voltage drops below the "voltage warning
low" limit.
X More than 100% load for too long.
X Motor is too hot due to more than 100% load for too long.
X The thermistor or the thermistor connection is disconnected.
Torque exceeds the value set in either par. 4-16 or 4-17.
X X Inverter peak current limit is exceeded.
X X Discharge from output phases to ground.
X X Short-circuit in the motor or on the motor terminals.
X No communication to the adjustable frequency drive.
X X Brake resistor is short-circuited, thus the brake function is
disconnected.

X Occurs when trying to write to a read-only parameter.
X LCP and RS485 connection are trying to update parameters
simultaneously.
