Stop for lowering side
brush
When the side brush can be
lowered too far the lowering stroke
can be reduced by adjusting the
stop buffer.
! Stand sweeper on a flat surface
! Turn key switch to "0" and
remove key
! Lower side brush
! Screw off left side panelling
Stop buffer
! Lowering ability of the side brush
is reduced in proportion to
upward screwing of the buffer.
! Attach side trim panel
! Raise the side broom
Check the sweep roller
! Stand sweeper on a flat surface
! Turn key switch to "0" and
remove key
! Remove the swept material

! Remove tapes and string from
the sweep roller

Replace the sweep roller
— Replacing it is necessary when
the sweeping effect visibly
deteriorates due to wear of the
bristles.
! Stand sweeper on a flat surface
! Raise the sweep roller
! Turn key switch to "0" and
remove key
! Secure the machine against
rolling away using a wedge
! Remove the debris container
from both sides of the unit
! Unscrew screws of the rear
closing panel on both sides of the
unit
! Remove closing panel
! Screw out fastening screw from
both sides of the main brush
! Remove flat washer
! Turn in M8x100 screws in
fastening holes as insertion aids
! Take out main brush
! When mounting the new main
brush make sure that the position
of the bristle pile is right!

! Push the main brush on both
sides of the fixtures
! Unscrew the M8x100 screws
! Fasten the main brush with the
flat washers and the fastening
screws
Note:
Make sure the flat washer is
properly positioned; it must overlap
the main brush at the fixture on both
sides.
! Insert rear closing panel and
fasten it with screws
! Insert the swept material
