Operating instructions

Before first operating

Unloading instructions

The machine was secured on a
pallet with stretch belts or ropes for
safe transport.
Proceed as follows when unloading:
! Cut the plastic packing tape and
remove the film.
! Detach the identified planks from
the timber base and use them as
the driving-down ramp
! The provided screws can be
used to secure the ramp
! The timber from the rear end of
the timber base is used as a
support (1) for the ramp

Initial fitting

— Mount the side broom
— Install the batteries
— Charge the batteries
— Connect connecting wire to
battery (applies to Package
version)

Before every operation

General notes

! Stand sweeper on a flat surface
! Set key switch to "0"
! Raise main brush and side
brushes
Testing and maintenance

! Clean-down the dust filter
! Empty the swept material
container
! Check the side brush
! Check the sweep roller

Check the battery charge
state
! Key switch set to "1"
Battery charge indicator
! The red LED starts to flash when
the battery capacity drops.
— From that moment sweeping is
possible only for a few more
minutes.
! The battery is drained and must
be recharged when the red LED
flashes continuously.
Note:
The unit is provided with a deep-
discharge protection.
The sweeping units and the suction
turbine are switched off if the
permissible capacity minimum is still
attained.
From then on only driving is
possible.

Commissioning

Warning!
The unit may be operated only if the
unit cover and all other covers are
closed.
Run machine
! Sit in the driver's seat
! Do NOT actuate the drive pedal
Note:
The machine cannot be started if
the drive pedal is depressed prior to
or as the key switch is actuated.
! Key switch set to "1"

Raise the sweep roller
! Pull the lever upwards and
engage it
Raise the side broom
! Depress rear of pedal until it
engages
