Problem
Machine makes a
ratcheting noise when
turned on.
Decreased material
throw.
Machine does not run
Likely Cause
Gearbox drive not
engaged with airlock
rotor connection.
Low oil level in gearbox.
Worn airlock seals.
Kink in hose.
Excess air leaking into
hopper.
No power.
Main panel circuit
breaker tripped.

Remedy
Loosen gearbox
and gearbox
stabilizers. Align
gearbox and airlock
perpendicular to
each other.
Have the gearbox
inspected and
repaired by a
qualified technician
if necessary.
Inspect seals for
tears or cuts. See
maintenance section
to replace or adjust
as necessary.
Run hose as straight
as possible to help
maintain production.

Check source of
electrical power.
