Figure 4-20 Motion Detection

Area No.: Select the area index from drop-down list. Select the check
box on the right to enable the selected area for motion detection.
Sensitivity: Configures the sensitivity threshold level for detecting
motions. Values range from 1 to 12 in 1 increments. The larger the
value is, the more sensitive the detection is. Usually, the level is from
8 ~10.
Detect Area: Configures the detected region of current selected area.
The detected region should be a rectangle. To configure detected
region, first click the little square which is located on the top left of the
rectangle. Then click the square which is located on the right bottom
of the rectangle. Note that you should click the central part of the
square. Click on the border of squares is invalid. Detected regions
can be overlapped, and the present area for configuration is always
displayed on top.
Interlock - Alarm Out: Select the check box, video encoder will
output alarm signal when motion is detected.
Interlock - Dome Interlock: Select the check box, video encoder will
interlock PTZ to preset positions when motion is detected.
Detected regions can be configured more accurately
