Q: Why is PTZ not able to be controlled?
A: Please check if RS485 has been connected correctly. See if PTZ
protocol, address, baud rate and mach with each other.
Q: Why does images can not be displayed correctly on client
when video type (PAL or NTSC) is changed or new camera is
connected.
A: Video type is recognized when HUSS – E1 startups. Therefore,
connect video input firstly. Then power on camera or other video
input device. Finally, power on HUSS –E1. Then video type can be
recognized by HUSS – E1.
Q: Why are the images decoded by HUSS – D1 over-bright?
A: Connect cameras to monitors directly and adjust camera's
parameters. Check whether Loop Out performance is enabled. If it is
enabled, 75 should be matched with external device. Or decoded
image will be over-bright.
