To enable multicast performance, select the check box, enter IP
address and Port, then click OK button. If you do not select the check
box, video stream will be transmitted only in unicast mode. Default
Multicast IP is 234.5.6.7 and port 6666.
A Multicast Address should be IPv4 class D
Note
address(224.0.0.0 to 239.255.255.255).
Click OK to save all the configurations in this page.

You have to enable Dual Stream before you configure Minor Stream.
Minor Stream's Video Compression Type and Resolution is
unchangeable. Frame rate (Frame Per Sec) can be any number in
the rang of 1~30(for NTSC) or 1~25 (for PAL).
