PRODUCT WARRANTY
The warranty period for the product is two (2) years and for the battery six (6) months.
The warranty service to our consumers is based on the customer compensation regulation. By the request for the
warranty service, MONEUAL will provide the service. The company will let the customer notified of whether to be
compensated and the details within seven(7) business days after the requested day and offer the compensation
within fourteen(14) business days after the notified day. We do not offer any paid/unpaid service for parallel imports.
