If you smell gas:
1. Shut off gas to the appliance.
2. Extinguish any open flame.
3. Open barbecue lid or hood.
4. If odour continues, discontinue use and contact
your local dealer.

Read instructions before using the appliance. Failure to follow instructions could
result in death, serious bodily injury, and/or property loss.
Warning: accessible parts may be very hot. Keep young children and pets away.
Do not move the appliance during use.
Turn off the gas supply at the gas bottle after use.
Any modification of the appliance, misuse, or failure to follow the instructions may be
dangerous and will invalidate your warranty. This does not affect your statutory
rights.
Retain these instructions for future reference.
Leak test annually, and whenever the gas bottle is removed or replaced. Check that
the hose connections are tight and leak test each time you reconnect the gas bottle.
For Flare-up control please refer to the 'OPERATION' section of this manual.

  • Page 6 13PCS Attach the Upper Body Support (C1) to the Left and Right Side Trolley Assembly (C2 & C3) using 4 x M6x12 Bolts and Ø6 Spring Washers (A). Attach a Rear Panel (C6) to the lower section of the Left and Right Side Trolley Assembly and Bottom Panel using 5 x M6x12 Bolts and Ø6 Spring Washers (A).
  • Page 7 Carefully place the Hood and Barbecue Body (A1) onto the trolley assembly. WARNING: DO NOT RELEASE THE BARBECUE BODY WHILE THE BARBECUE HAS NOT BEEN PROPERLY SEATED. THIS MAY RESULT IN INJURY OR DAMAGE TO YOUR BARBECUE. Attach the barbecue to the trolley assembly using 4 x M6x12 Bolts and Ø6 Spring Washers (A) and 4 x Ø6 Washers (C) as illustrated.
  • Page 8 Insert the Right Side Burner Shelf (B2) onto the 5 pre-installed screws (M6x16) on the right side of the barbecue body, then tighten these pre-installed screws as shown. Insert the Side Burner Gas Hose/Injector Assembly (A12) through the hole on the front of the side burner shelf and position it such that its screw holes align up.
  • Page 9 Place the Side Burner (B3) through the central hole in the side burner shelf. Fit the side burner venturi tube over the gas valve outlet. This is a loose fit and not a gas tight seal. Secure the burner with 2 x M4x8 Bolts and Ø4 Spring Washers (D). Insert the ignition wire into the lower position on the side burner electrode.

    Carefully lay each Flame Tamer (A2) into the barbecue body ensuring it lies level within the body as illustrated. Place each Cooking Grill (A4) into the grill body as shown above.

    Insert the Warming Rack (A3) into the holes at the top left and right edges of the barbecue body as shown above. Insert the Drip Tray (A8) into the brackets (A10 & A11) at the bottom of barbecue body, then place the Grease Cup (A9) in the slot below the drip tray as shown above.
  • Page 12 Hang the Matchstick Lighting Rod Assembly (C7) onto the hook located at the top of either side of the trolley, as shown above. Ensure the mating faces of the connection are clean and not damaged. Do not use any sealing tape, paste, or liquid on the connection.
