Storage Medium Operations

Managing space of the storage medium
When some space of a storage medium becomes inaccessible due to abnormal operations for example,
you can use the fixdisk command to restore the space of the storage medium. The execution of the
format command will format the storage medium, and all the data on the storage medium will be
deleted.
Use the following commands to manage the storage medium space:
To do...
Restore the space of a storage
medium
Format a storage medium
When you format a storage medium, all the files stored on it are erased and cannot be restored. In
particular, if there is a startup configuration file on the storage medium, formatting the storage
medium results in loss of the startup configuration file.
You can execute the fixdisk command for the storage medium on the master, but you cannot
execute the command for a storage medium on the slave.
