Mounting the machine (fig. A1)
The machine must be screwed to a workbench.
Mark the position of the mounting holes (11) on the workbench.
Drill holes at each of the marked positions, adjusting the
diameter and depth of the holes to the screws used.
Place the machine on the workbench and insert the screws
into the mounting holes.
Firmly tighten the screws.
Setting up the machine (fig. A1 - A2)
The machine can be set up in two operating positions: in the
cut-off saw position (fig. A1) and in the table saw position (fig. A2).
After use, the machine should be left in position:

Setting up for use in the cut-off saw position:

Loosen the screw (4) a few turns.
Raise the upper table top (18) while holding the head at the
handgrip (2) in the lowest position. Tighten the screw (4).
Pull out the lock knob (8).
Carefully raise the head.
Remove the lower guard (16).

Setting up for use in the table saw position:

Place the lower guard (16) on the lower table top (12).
Push in the release knob (3) and lower the head.
The saw blade is fully covered by the lower guard.
Push in the lock knob (8).
Loosen the screw (4) a few turns.
Carefully lower the upper table top (18). Tighten the screw (4).
Before setting the machine turn off the equipment.
Adjusting the sawing angle (fig. A1 - B)
The default angle between the saw blade and the saw table is 90°.
Use a set square to check the angle between the saw blade
and the table (12). If the angle does not measure 90° adjust as
follows:

Loosen the lock knob (6) and move the head so the saw blade
reaches a 90° angle.
Loosen the locknut (44) on the adjusting screw (20) and screw
the adjusting screw in or out to achieve a 90° angle. Retighten
the locknut (44).
Tighten the lock knob (6).
Bevel angle adjustment (fig. A1 - C)
The max. bevel angle is 45°.
Loosen the lock knob (6) and turn the head to the utter bevel
angle.
Check the bevel angle using the scale (7). If the angle does not
measure 45° adjust as follows:
Loosen the locknut (45)on the adjusting screw (21) and screw the
adjusting screw in or out to achieve a 45° angle. Retighten the
locknut (45).
Adjust the distance between the disk and the keel (fig. D1 - D2)
Check that the keel separator is always correctly
adjusted:
The distance between the keel and the tooth of
the saw blade is 3 to 5 mm.
Remove fitting (19) by loosening the screws (23).

Loosen the screws (22) slightly.

Adjust the keel (43).
Ÿ
Tighten the screws (22).

Replacing the saw blade (fig. E1 - E2)
Raise the head.
Loosen the screw (24) and remove it.
Open the blade guard (14).
Lock the disc making him bite a piece of wood
Use the spanner (27) to loosen the fixing screw (28) and
remove it.
Remove the outer flange (25), the old saw blade (29), and the
inner flange (30).
Clean the flanges.
Place the inner flange (30), the new saw blade, and the outer
flange (25).
While placing the blade, make sure the disc arrow points in the
direction of rotation indicated by the arrow on the machine (46)
Replace the lock screw (28) and tighten it firmly.
Check the fit of the keel (43).
Close the blade guard (14).
Replace the screw (24) and tighten it.
Setting the mitre angle (fig. A1)
Loosen the lock lever (9).
Set the required mitre angle using the scale (10).
Tighten the lock lever (9).
Adjusting the horizontal miter angle + -45 ° (fig. N)
Loosen the miter lock handle horizontal (9).

Move the head horizontally until it engages to +45 º.

Verify that the horizontal angle indicator (10) marks exactly

45º. Otherwise the adjustment.
Repeat the same sequence for the horizontal angle of -45
