Registering Programs

The following procedure is an example of registering the copying function.

Recalling Programs

Display the screen.

[Home] key > [Copy]

Select the [Program] tab while the copy mode is accessed.
Register the program.

[Add] > Select a number (01 to 50) for the program number > [Next]
NOTE
If you select a program number already registered, the currently registered functions can
be replaced with a new set of functions.

Enter the new program name > [Save]
The program is registered.
To display a registered program on the Home screen, select [Yes] on the confirmation
screen that appears, proceed to step 2-3.

Specify the position in which you want to display the icon of registered program.

Select [Save].
Recall the program.

Select [Program] in the Home screen, or the key of the registered program.
Selecting the key of the registered program will recall the program. If you selected
[Program], proceed to step 1-2.

Select the key for the program number you want to recall.
Select [No.] or the Quick No. Search key on the numeric keypad to enter the program
number (01 to 50) directly for recalling.
NOTE
If the program cannot be recalled, the Document Box or the form overlay specified in the
program might have been deleted. Check the Document Box.
Execute the program.
Place the originals > [Start] key
NOTE
[Program] can be pressed in each function to call up the program registered for the
function.
