Select the "Login as the Registered User" radio button and enter the
User Name and the 8-to-64-digit User Password.
What steps must be performed if ON (External Server) is set for the

stalled?
% If [ON (External Server)] is set for the authentication method and
two or more external servers are installed, enter "@domain name"
following the User Name so as to identify the specific server that
validates the user's authentication. For details, ask the Administra-
tor of the machine.

What happens if a wrong User Password is entered?

% If a wrong User Password is entered for the corresponding User
Name registered, a message appears that tells that authentication
has not been successful. Enter the correct User Name and User
Password.
% If the Enhanced Security mode is set to [ON], the entry of a wrong
User Password is counted as unauthorized access. If a wrong User
Password is entered a predetermined number of times (once to
three times) set by the Administrator of the machine or more, a
