WARNING
• Interlock the right and left brake pedals before
starting. Uneven braking results in a sharp
turn, which may even turn over the tractor.
• Do not allow any person other than the driver
to ride on the tractor.
• Do not drive the tractor close to the edges of
ditches or banks which may break under the
weight of the tractor, especially when the
ground is loose or wet.
• Slow the tractor down to a safe speed before
t u r n i n g .
• Do not drive the tractor on the road with the
implement in motion.
• After the differential lock has been used, be
sure to see that it has been released.
• When traveling on a road, attach the S.M.V.
emblem to the tractor to identify itself to be a
low speed vehicle at where it is required.
IM P O RTANT :
• Do not move the tractor with the parking brake on.
• To avoid premature wear, do not use the clutch
pedal as a foot rest.
• Hi-Low gear shift levers cannot be shifted while
the tractor is moving. And main gear shift lower
can be shifted by depressing and selecting speed.
* When descending steep slopes, engage the gear
and descent with the clutch engage.
* Always be sure to interlock two brake pedals when
operating the tractor on roads.

7.3 Stopping the tractor

1. Reduce engine speed by pulling hand throttle rearward
and removing your foot from the foot throttle.
2. Interlock the right and left brake pedals and put
on the parking brake.
3. Place main shift gears by moving levers in
neutral position.
4. Lower attachment to ground.
5. Stop engine and remove key from switch.

7.4 Parking

1. After the tractor stops, check to interlock the right
and the left brake pedals.
2. Set the parking brake by pulling the lever on
depressing pedals until it is set.
3. Return the main gear shift lever and the range
lever to neutral.
WARNING
• If necessary to park on an incline, be sure to
chock the wheels to prevent accidential rolling
of the machine.
• Before getting off the tractor, be sure to stop the
engine and lower the implement to the ground.
