To use the appliance, press the
control knob. The control knob
comes out.

• The indicator comes on when
the oven heats up.
• The lamp comes on when the
appliance operates.
• The symbol shows whether the
knob controls one of the cook-
ing zones, the oven functions
or the temperature.
Application
To decrease the heat-up time.
To bake maximum on 3 shelf positions at
the same time and to dry food. Set the tem-
perature 20 - 40 °C lower than for Conven-
tional Cooking.
To bake food on 1 shelf position for a more
intensive browning and a crispy bottom. Set
the temperature 20 - 40 °C lower than for
Conventional Cooking.
To bake and roast on 1 shelf position.
To bake cakes with crispy or crusty bottoms
and to preserve food.
To defrost frozen food.
To grill flat food and to toast.
To grill flat food in large quantities and to
toast.
To roast larger joints of meat or poultry on 1
shelf position. Also to gratinate and brown.
