Go to the Intel(R) HD Graphics Control Panel and click Display > Multiple
Displays (sub-menu).

Click Hybrid Display (if Hybrid Display does not appear see over) from the
Select Display Mode menu.

Click Apply, and OK to confirm the settings change.
