    Mit dem Messzyklus wird die Abtastrate der Distanzmessungen eingestellt. Der Wert 0 bewirkt eine schnellstmöglichste Messung (Dauermessbetrieb). Diese kann, abhängig von der Oberfläche beim LLB-65 0,15 bis ca. 4 s und beim LLB-500 0,04 bis ca. 4 s andauern. Der Wert 0xFF deaktiviert diese Funktion und die Laser-Diode wird abgeschaltet.
