With the function selector knob you can set the heating
mode for the oven.
The function selector knob can be rotated to the right or to
the left.

*Heating mode with an energy efficiency rating specified by
EN50304.
When the function selector knob is set the oven lighting is
switched on.
Off
Baking, roasting or grilling is possible
on a single level only. Cakes can be
baked in a cake mould/tray, pizzas
can be baked in a tray, lean beef,
veal and game can be roasted in a
roasting tray.
You can bake cakes, pizza, biscuits,
muffins and puff pastry on two levels
at the same time.
Use this for food items where a darker
crusty bottom surface is required.
Can be used for grilling larger pieces
of meat.
Can be used to grill a large number of
beefsteaks, sausages, fish, and to
toast bread.
