Connecting the Projector

7-1. Precautions

When connecting the projector, make sure to:
• Turn off all equipment before making any connections.
• Use the proper cables for each connection.
• Insert the cable plugs firmly. Loose connections may increase noise and reduce the performance of picture signals.
When pulling on a cable, be sure to pull it out from the connector, not the cable itself.

DVI Devices

With the DVI-D connector provided on the SRX-S110/S105 or
the optional LKRI-004 board, the projector can be connected
to a computer equipped with DVI output.
Notes
• According to the input signal type, set "Signal Mode" on "Input Source" in
the PICTURE CONTROL window of the SRX Controller software.
• When an extension cable is used, the signal may not be input correctly due
to signal reduction.
• If you input 10-bit signals from a DVI-D connector only (10-bit single mode),
a DVI cable compatible with the Dual-link is required.
• Before connection, it is required to set the DIP switch at the bottom of INPUT
A (for SRX-S110/S105 only) or the LKRI-004 input board depending on the
type of input signal from the connected computer. See the next page.
