secVersion()

This function returns the version number strings for the security module and the
security library in the form "xx.yy.zz".
Prototype
int secVersion(char *pchModVersion, char *pchLibVersion)
Parameters
Pointer to the 9-byte buffer receiving the security module
pchModVersion
version number.
Return Values
0 Successful execution
