Transfers a file from the terminal to the FTP server.
This function logs in to the FTP server, sends the file to the server, and logs off.
Prototype
int result = ftpPut(FTP_parm_t *ftp)
Parameters
Pointer to FTP parameter structure (see ftpGet()). The
ftp
remoteFile field is the directory pathname only. The resultant
filename is the same as the source filename.
