disableProcessMonitor()

Disabling the process monitor causes the system to stop the periodic check of the
health of the calling process. If the process has exited, the system will detect the
failure and force a system reboot. The purpose of monitoring a process is to
prevent the terminal from hanging if a bug or unexpected event occurs causing a
critical process to exit.
