Tests whether the remote host is reachable.
This program sends an ICMP message to the remote host asking for
acknowledgement.
Prototype
int result = netPing(char *host)
Parameters
Pointer to remote host either in the "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" IP address
host
format or fully qualified domain name.
Return Values
0 Success
< 0 Error
