Depending on 1 stream resolution, this allows internal buffer to store the
pre/post alarm video for applications to utilize.
Enabled will allow device to make SIP call after receiving Alarm_In.

Enabled will allow Alarm Output after receiving Alarm_In signal.
Upload to alarm center like 3
