Important: Do not fill the transaxle housing
with hydraulic fluid above the upper mark of the
dipstick.
7. Start the engine, cycle the steering wheel and deck-lift
cylinders, and check for oil leaks. Allow the engine to
run for about 5 minutes, then shut it off.
8. After 2 minutes, check the level of the hydraulic fluid;

60).

Storage

Storing the Battery

Service the battery and cables as follows:
Store the battery on the shelf on the machine.
Leave the cables disconnected if the battery is stored in
the machine.
Store the battery in a cool atmosphere to avoid quick
deterioration of the charge in the battery.

Preparing the Machine

1. Thoroughly clean the machine, deck and the engine,

4. If you plant to store the machine more than 30
days, remove the battery and charge it fully.
Note: Slowly charge the battery for 24 hours every
60 days to prevent lead sulfation of the battery.
