9.1.2. Guide bar.
9.1.2.1. Reverse the bar occasionally to prevent partial
wear.
9.1.2.2. The bar rail should always be square.
9.1.2.3. Check for wear of the bar rail.
9.1.2.4. Apply a ruler to the bar and the outside of a
cutter.
9.1.2.5. If a gap is observed between them, the rail is
normal.
9.1.2.6. Otherwise, the bar rail is worn. Such a bar needs
to be corrected or replaced.
