After removing the filter, use a pinch tool to hold the end of the suction pipe.
When assembling the filter, take care not to allow filter fibres or dust inside
the suction pipe.

Fuel Filter.
8.3.5.2.1.
Using a wire hook, take out the filter from the filler port.
8.3.5.2.2.
Remove the filter and wash with petrol.
8.3.5.3.
Oil tank.
8.3.5.3.1.
With a wire hook, take out the oil filter through the filler port and clean in
petrol.

When putting the filter back into the tank, make sure that it comes to the
front right corner.

Also clean off dirt in the tank.
8.3.5.4.
Spark Plug.
8.3.5.4.1.
Clean the electrodes with
a soft brass brush or spark plug
cleaner and reset the gap to
0.65mm.

Spark plug type NHSP LD
L8RTF. Champion.

Sprocket.
8.3.5.5.1.
Check for cracks and for excessive wear interfering with the chain drive.
8.3.5.5.2.
If the wear is found, replace it with a new one.

Never fit a new chain on a worn sprocket, or a worn chain on a new sprocket

Front and Rear dampers.
Use only genuine Hyundai spare parts.
Using non genuine Hyundai spare part will invalidate the warranty.
Using non genuine Hyundai spares can cause serious injury.
8.3.5.6.1.
Replace if adhered part has peeled or cracks are observed on the rubber part.
8.3.5.6.2.
Replace if the inside of the rear damper metal has been beaten by the
stopper bolt and the clearance of the metal increased.
