WCDMA transmitter troubleshooting

Steps
1. Set the phone to local mode.
2. In Phoenix, select Testing→WCDMA→TX control .
3. In the TX control window, make settings like in the picture:
4. Click Send to enable the settings and activate TX.
If settings are changed (eg. new channel), you have to click RF Stop and Send again.
