To Delete A Stored Document from The Hard Disk Drive

Press to enter the menu mode.
1.
PRINT JOBS MENU
Press ENTER.
2.
ENTER PASSWORD

Use / to set the number for the first digit of the password,

then press ENTER to engage the number and move to the next
digit:
ENTER PASSWORD
Repeat step 3 for each of the remaining digits in the password.

SELECT JOB
ALL JOBS

Press /
5.
on the second line of the display.
Press CANCEL.
6.
DELETE THE JOB
Y=ENTER/N=CANCEL
