CREAZIONE DEL VUOTO
IMPIEGO CONFEZIONATRICE COME SOLA
SALDATRICE
MOD. "NEW VACUUM"
• Collegare l'apparecchio alla presa di corrente.
• Dare tensione alla confezionatrice premendo l'interruttore (1)
"ON/OFF" e si accende la spia rossa incorporata.
• Regolare il tempo di saldatura al valore desiderato (Es. "8"
per buste goffrate grammatura 95) mediante la manopola (6) "SEAL
TIME".
• Portare l'interruttore (2) in posizione "MAN".
• Posizionare la bocca della busta contenente il prodotto da confezio-
nare sulla barra saldante (B) appoggiando l'estremità sul bordo della
guarnizione (C).
• Abbassare lo sportello mobile (A) esercitando una leggera
pressione sulla maniglia (D).
• Una volta raggiunto il valore sul vuotometro (3) di 0,70÷0,80 bar (dopo
circa 2÷3 secondi), premere il tasto (5) "SEAL". La macchina provve-
derà alla saldatura della busta arrestandosi automaticamente ad ope-
razione conclusa e sbloccando lo sportello mobile.

USE OF THE PACKAGING MACHINE FOR
SEALING ONLY
MOD. "NEW VACUUM"
• Connect the appliance to a power socket.
• Power the packaging machine by pressing the "ON/OFF" switch (1);
the built-in red indicator lights up.
• Adjust the sealing time to the required value (E.g. "8"
for channelled bags having basic weight 95 g.) using "SEAL TIME"
knob (6).
• Turn switch (2) to the "MAN" position.
• Place the mouth of the bag containing the product to be packed on
sealing bar (B) placing the end on the edge of seal (C).
• Lower the movable lid (A) pressing slightly on handle (D).
• Once vacuum gauge (3) reaches a value of 0.70 – 0.80 bar (after
about 2 - 3 seconds), press the "SEAL" button (5). The machine will
seal the bag and stop automatically when the operation is complete,
and release the movable lid.
