Time
• Turn the knob  and set a time between
1 - 120 minutes.
• or press the button . In display ,

NOTE:
• These settings must be made before starting
the electric water bath canner.
• You cannot select TIMER together with the
maximum temperature.
Start
• When you have selected a temperature and a
time, press the button .
WARNING:
• Always turn the device off before cleaning it and remove the mains
plug. Wait until the device has cooled down.
• Do not immerse the canner in water or other liquids.
CAUTION:
• Do not use any wire brush or other abrasive
objects.
• Do not use any acidic or abrasive detergents.
• After use as an electric water bath canner, a
damp cloth is sufficient to clean the appliance and
the lid.
• If you have warmed drinks in the pot, clean it with
water and a little detergent. Then rinse with clean
water.
• Rinse the tap with clean water.
• Dry off all parts well.
Winding mechanism for the power cord
Wind the power cord back into the base.
• The electric water bath canner starts to heat the
water. In display , 6 bars will flash.
• If the set temperature is reached, you will hear a
signal. The TIMER only starts now.

• If the set time has elapsed you will hear an
intermittent beep.
End operation
• Wait until the TIMER has ended the canning
process
or
• press button .
• The bars in display  no longer flash.
• Always disconnect the plug from the mains.

Cleaning

• The frequency of the decalcifying operation
depends on the hardness of the water and on
how often the appliance is used.
• Please do not use vinegar but a commercially
available decalcification agent on the basis of
citric acid. Only use the quantities stated in the
instructions.

NOTE:
After descaling the device boil fresh water in it
several times (approximately 3-4 times) in order
to remove any residues. Do not consume this
water.
