Storage / Tempering
The wine refrigerator keeps the temperature at a nearly constant level, so that the wine is not exposed to temperature changes, which would constantly
expand and contract the wine. In addition, a low-vibration environment for the maturation of the wine is guaranteed. The two temperature zones allow you to
store different types of wine. The telescopic wooden shelves facilitate the removal of the bottles.
The following information are recommendations and optional. Finally, the right temperature is a matter of personal taste.
Sort of wine
Young, fruity red wines
Strong, rich in content red wines
Sweet white wines, liqueur wines
Light and young white wines
Dry and fresh white wines
Spicy and mature white wines
Medium dry white wines
Champagne, sparkling wines
NOTE:
Note that a wine has already warmed-up by about 1 to 2 degrees when you pour into the glass.
