5 Troubleshooting
The printer detected a paper jam inside the printer. Open the unit D and cover C,
then remove the jammed paper.

remove the jammed paper.

Press the <Eject/Set> button to cancel the print job. Install additional memory and
print again.
Configuration of the trays is incorrect. Install the 250 sheet feeder above the 500
sheet feeder when you install the two levels of the optional trays.
The printer parts need to be replaced. Contact our Customer Support Center or your
dealer and explain to them the contents of the "xxx-xxx."
