Working on both sides, unscrew and
remove the upper plate fixing screw on
the fork stems.
•
Lift the fork upper plate sliding it off from the stems.
•
Rivet the safety washer on the head-
stock.
UPON REFITTING, REPLACE THE SAFETY WASHER WITH
A NEW ONE
•
Using the suitable special tool, un-
screw and remove the upper ring nut.
Specific tooling
AP8140190 Tool for steering tightening
•
Remove the safety washer.
