Using the directory and lists
List selection
If you press the message key f, only the
lists that contain messages are shown
(exception: network mailbox). Lists with new
messages are identified in bold:

If only one list contains entries, no list selec-
tion is offered and the relevant list is dis-
played immediately.
Incoming SMS message list
All received SMS messages are saved in the
incoming message list, page 31.
Calls list
Precondition: Calling Line Identification
(CLIP, page 21)
Depending on the type of list set, the calls
list contains

Accepted calls (
u
Missed calls
u
Calls recorded by the answering machine
(Ã, Gigaset E495 only)
Depending on the type of list set, all num-
bers of the last 30 incoming calls are saved or
just the missed calls are saved.

to the status "old", i.e. the next time you call
the list up they will no longer be shown in
bold.
